EGAN | SIMON architecture is the result of a decades-long friendship. John Egan and Lance Simon attended the University of Southern California and immediately became friends. After graduation Lance worked in Appalachia and Miami, designing public facilities, condominium interiors, high-rises and sports facilities. John stayed in Los Angeles, working on the Hotel Bel-Air and developing relationships in supportive housing. Ten years later, they collaborated on a mansion in Beverly Hills. Through that project, they realized a synergy from their diverse experiences.
